Responsible company
Moselstudio ApS, Danish company no. 46617762, is responsible for cookies and browser storage on Kundeservice AI’s own websites and portal. A customer embedding the Kundeservice AI widget is responsible for its own website and must describe the widget in its cookie and privacy information.
Questions can be sent to privacy@kundeserviceai.dk.
Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies are used only for the function requested by the user and never for analytics or marketing.
- ✓ sv_session — up to 30 days or until sign-out — a random, server-validated account session; HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure over HTTPS.
- ✓ sv_workspace — up to 12 months — remembers the selected workspace; membership and access remain server-validated; HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure over HTTPS.
- ✓ Necessary hosting sign-in and security cookies — for the hosting session — authentication, session protection and abuse prevention.
Browser storage and chat widget
Browser storage keeps a selected chat together and remembers an independent analytics choice.
- ✓ kundeservice_ai_widget_session_[widget-key] in sessionStorage — for the browser tab and no more than 23 hours — contains the widget’s signed session proof and conversation ID; it is not used for cross-site tracking.
- ✓ kundeservice-ai-analytics-consent-v1 in localStorage — until website data is deleted or the choice changes — remembers only granted or denied for analytics.
Optional Google Analytics 4
After analytics consent, public pages load Google Tag Manager container GTM-PLDGQN9J, which delivers Google Analytics 4 using Measurement ID G-PL3387273G. Google Ireland Limited is the provider. Admin, customer portal, API, sign-in, widgets and other protected surfaces are excluded.
Page views are sent without URL parameters. Ad storage, Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled. Meta Pixel and Hotjar are not active.
- ✓ analytics_storage remains denied until the visitor accepts.
- ✓ After acceptance, Google may process page, device, browser, time and approximate location data.
- ✓ Withdrawal updates Consent Mode and attempts to remove _ga and _ga_ cookies from the domain.
Control of optional technology
Platform functions continue to work when analytics is rejected.
- ✓ Reject is as visible as accept.
- ✓ Purpose, provider, data types and choices are disclosed before activation.
- ✓ Consent can be changed or withdrawn through Cookie choices in the footer.
- ✓ Other optional providers require an updated policy and relevant new consent.
Widget on a customer website
When a visitor opens Kundeservice AI chat, the widget uses necessary sessionStorage to provide the conversation. Its API calls omit browser credentials and it does not set a Kundeservice AI cookie on the customer’s domain.
The customer remains responsible for other tags, pixels and its consent solution, and for describing the chat processing in its privacy notice.
