Agreement
The agreement is between the customer company and Moselstudio ApS, Danish company no. 46617762. The selected plan, order form, DPA and addenda form part of it.
Trial, subscription and renewal
A trial converts only after payment is added. The subscription renews automatically on the selected monthly or annual interval until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal; a started annual period is not automatically refunded unless mandatory law or the approved refund policy requires it. Plan changes and cancellation use the customer portal and the notice stated in the order.
Payment, invoices and tax
Fixed subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected monthly or annual interval. Stripe automatically charges and issues the provider invoice with the customer’s legal details; the PDF is emailed and archived in the product.
Business prices exclude VAT. Failed payment may trigger dunning, restricted access or suspension after the agreed grace period.
Refunds and credit notes
Approved refunds and corrections require a provider-issued credit note. Eligibility and deadlines follow the order, mandatory law and the approved refund policy.
Acceptable use and AI
- Process data only with a lawful basis.
- Do not present AI as a human.
- Use suitable human control for sensitive, high-risk and irreversible actions.
- Do not bypass security or use illegal content.
Data, service and termination
The customer owns its data. Export and deletion follow the DPA and retention schedule. Support, maintenance and incident communications follow the plan or SLA.
Liability and contact
The customer remains responsible for sources, instructions and approved actions. Liability caps, governing law, disputes and force majeure belong in the legally approved final terms. Contact support@svarvaerk.dk.
